AI Communications Engineer
25 years turning pattern recognition into business results — from Bristol Bay salmon runs to $7M revenue growth to production AI systems.
At 13, I learned that reading patterns correctly equals predictable results. That summer I started commercial fishing Bristol Bay, learning to read salmon runs, tides, and weather systems.
By 26, the lesson was clear: systems that predict behavior produce results. I've spent 25 years applying that insight — first to digital marketing and user behavior optimization at companies like Amazon, Whitepages, Alaska Airlines, and 23andMe, and now to AI-powered communications systems.
Today I build multi-agent systems and work with large language models to solve communications challenges. Current work: COS (Content Optimization System) at SEMalytics, an AI copywriting platform for B2B grounded in Big Five personality research and 860+ peer-reviewed papers. My focus is on behavioral psychology applied to how people make decisions, combining academic research with practical engineering.
Based in Seattle. Building things. Open to interesting problems where pattern recognition meets system design.

Most AI agent failures aren't model failures. They're mode failures: routing a debugging problem through a code-generation pattern, or treating a strategic decision like a factual lookup. KnowledgeForge classifies the decision in front of the model and routes to a specialized reasoning mode. The "80% completion wall" is where multi-step tasks stall: the model reaches the easy steps, then mis-routes the harder ones that need a different reasoning pattern. Multi-platform: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor.

Pattern recognition from commercial fishing applied to restaurant staffing and inventory prediction. Early-stage project; internal prototyping ongoing. Seeking restaurant pilot partners in the Seattle area to validate demand forecasting against real-world staffing data.
Get in touch →What is SEMalytics?
SEMalytics builds COS (Content Optimization System) — an AI copywriting platform for B2B that scores copy against a reader's Big Five personality profile. It answers "does my copy fit this buyer?" before you optimize. Available at semalytics.com/cos.
What does KnowledgeForge do?
KnowledgeForge routes each AI coding task to the right reasoning mode — Builder for creating, Critic for reviewing, Debugger for root-cause analysis, Strategist for decisions, and six others. It prevents the most common failure in AI coding assistants: using the wrong reasoning pattern for the task. Open source at github.com/internexio/knowledgeforge.
What results did Whitepages engagement produce?
All figures self-reported from internal tracking.
Whitepages (2009-2016)
583% profit increase (self-reported from internal tracking). DMA Stars of Search award (2015) — $0.47 CPI vs $3.12 industry average. Managed 70M keywords, $9M annual budget, 150M+ visits/year.
23andMe (via Internexio)
Restructured SEM, eliminated brand cannibalization, identified systemic inefficiencies through pattern analysis.
Alaska Airlines (2017-2018)
Analytics during Virgin America merger. Reduced manual reporting 60%+ via Alteryx/Tableau automation.
Internexio LLC (2003-2024)
$50M+ total client spend managed across Amazon, 23andMe, Whitepages, Alaska Airlines, and other Fortune 500 accounts (self-reported aggregate from client billing, 2003-2024).
Your technical innovation is solid but the market isn't getting it. Strategic clarity audits or custom AI agent development might fit.
